Spanking Contracts Revisited

Recently, I have had a few people ask me to post the spanking contract that I had with DFWguy1978. I am more than willing to post it (without his real name). If people want to use it as a template for their spanking contracts, I give them free reign to do so. As I said before, these are gentleman’s agreements. They are non-enforceable by anyone except those who sign it and as long as it is consensual.

Here is the contract:

Strapping Contract

This document is a contract between Vince Eastland (known as Strapper in this document) and XXXX XXXXX (known as Strappee in this document). The strappee is asking the strapper to train him in the ability to take strap licks. Both parties are aware of the possible consequences of said activity and accept those consequences.

Duration

This contract will be in force for one month from the date of the first strapping. At the end of the duration of this contract, both parties will decided whether to renew the contract, change the contract, or let the contract end.

 Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the strapper are as follows:

1)           Be at the appointed location at the appointed time for the session.

2)           Maintain the strapping location for the strappee to allow for strapping and other activities without fear of exposure or disclosure to persons that are not signatories of this contract.

3)           Maintain the various straps in terms of oiling and cleanliness to minimize undue damage to the strappee.

 The responsibilities of the strappee are as follows:

1)           Be at the appointed location at the appointed time for the session. 2000 hours means 2000 hours, not 2001 hours.

2)           Be ready and able to take anything and everything the strapper is willing to give.

3)           Remain a fine upstanding citizen; no tickets, no criminal charges, no NSF charges.

Infractions

Infractions committed by the strappee include having to change a time of a session or postpone a session or failure to discharge any of the above responsibilities. After three infractions by the strapper, the strappee has the option of nullifying the contract.

 Infractions that may possibly be committed by the strappee include having to change a time of a session or postpone a session or failure to discharge any of the above responsibilities. The first infraction shall incur a 75 swat penalty to be carried out at the earliest possible time at the beginning of a session. The second infraction shall incur a 125 swat penalty to be carried out at the earliest possible time at the beginning of a session. The third infraction shall incur a 150 swat penalty with the heavy strap and a 100 swat penalty with another instrument of the strapper’s choice. At a third infraction by the strappee, the strapper has the option of nullifying the contract.

Session

 The first session will set the tone for the rest of the sessions. After the first strapping is given, the strapper will give the strappee a number for the sessions in that week. If the strapper were to give 50 in the first strapping, the remaining strappings that week would be of the same number notwithstanding any penalty swats.

Going forward, the strapper will inform the strappee of an increase of swats on the next session. The strapper retains control of the strappee’s sexual activity. At any time the strapper can restrict or encourage masturbation.

 The first session began 6/3/2011 with 50 swats.

This is the total contract between Vince Eastland and XXXXX XXXXX.
